FileSure/ Brandioh is not liable for delays but will make every effort to meet the estimated delivery!

Artwork

• All artwork must be approved in writing by the client.

• Payment must be fully cleared in our bank account before we can process your order.

• Orders will not be placed into our system until artwork approval and payment clearance are complete.

Delivery Terms

Delivery Process:

All purchases are dispatched swiftly, securely, and reliably.

After processing your payment, we ship your goods within the specified delivery time (as indicated on the merchandise page).

You will receive notification once your item(s) leave storage.

Our team selects the most appropriate delivery mode and courier for your order. Unfortunately, you cannot choose your own courier or dispatch option.Customers must ensure someone is available to accept delivery at the specified address and time.

• If the driver waits longer than 30 minutes, additional charges may apply.

• If delivery is not on the ground floor or easily accessible, the customer must provide assistance. Delays over 30 minutes may result in extra charges.

• If a third-party courier is used, the customer is responsible for insurance and any risks involved.

• A signed delivery note confirms the quantity and condition of the order.

• Customers must check their order within 24 hours of delivery. If no issues are reported within this time, the order will be considered correct and complete.

• If no one signs for the order, it will be deemed signed after 24 hours.

Payments & Cancellations

• No refunds or cancellations on branded items once an order has been placed.

• Branded stock requires full payment upfront before processing.

• Orders will only be processed once payment is cleared in our bank account.

Liability

• FileSure/ Brandioh is not responsible for customs delays, transport issues, or unforeseen circumstances affecting delivery.

• We deliver anywhere in South Africa.

  Tracking Information:

  After placing your order, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

  Please note that real-time tracking data may take a few hours to update.

  Once your merchandise leaves our warehouse, we have limited control. If you encounter issues with delivery information or tracking, contact the courier promptly.

  Wrong Address Disclaimer:

  Customers are responsible for verifying accurate shipping addresses.

  Incorrect addresses may result in non-delivery.

  If you’ve entered the wrong address, please contact us immediately to cancel the order and reorder with the correct address.
